Nigella Sativa is an annual flowering plant in the ranunculus family (Ranunculaceae) that is primarily found in Southern Europe, North Africa and Southwest Asia. Nigella Sativa seeds contain thymoquinone.; that may support cardiovascular health, brain heath, and cellular function.
